DO YOU SEE CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF Pennsylvania?
We currently only see patients in Pennsylvania at this time.
Does your facility see clients in person or video chat?
At our facility we do both in person and telehealth.
Does Keystone psychiatry prescribe control medications?
At this time we do prescribe controlled medications if warranted for the diagnosis
IS VIDEO CHAT HARD TO DO?
No! We have great programs that will send out text messages to your phone or email and all you have to do is click! You do have to have a webcam and microphone(most computers have this hardware).
If I’m a client and need my medications refilled what should I do?
Please call (570)-818-2846 and leave your name number and the prescriptions you need refilled. You can also access the prescriber via a portal link given to you at your first visit.
WHAT PAYMENT FORMS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all debit and major credit cards, cash and checks.
DO YOU OFFER EVENING,WEEKEND,OR HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS?
We currently offer appointments between 9AM and 8PM on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The practice is closed weekends and major holidays.
I need to cancel my scheduled appointment how do I go about doing that?
You may cancel your appointment free of charge by texting or calling us at 570-818-2853 at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, a $50 fee will be charged.
If I show up late to my appointment, will I still be seen?
If you show late to your appointment, you may have to reschedule and be charged a cancellation fee.

What software do you use to communicate with clients?
We use Zoom and also have Doxy.me as a back up.
What if my employer or family member calls the office and requests information about my treatment or diagnosis?
Our staff strictly adheres to HIPAA guidelines. Federal law prohibits us from releasing information to anyone unless you provide written authorization.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION?
If your situation is life-threatening, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If your situation is non-urgent and can be handled during normal business hours, please call the office at 570-818-2853
If I’m out of state can you call in medication to an out of state pharmacy?
Most of the time it depends on what medication. Also depends on what state.
