Appointments & Scheduling

  • How do I schedule an appointment? Please click HERE to book your visit.

  • Do you offer evening, weekend, or holiday appointments? We are open Monday through Wednesday, 9 AM – 8 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

  • How do I cancel my appointment? Call or text 570-818-2853 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel for free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows incur a $50 fee.

  • What if I show up late? You may be asked to reschedule and could be charged a cancellation fee.

Services & Care

  • Do you see clients outside of Pennsylvania? We currently only see patients located in Pennsylvania.

  • In-person or video chat? We offer both in-person visits and telehealth options.

  • Is video chat hard to use? No! You will receive a link via text or email. Just click the link using a device with a webcam and microphone (most computers and phones have these).

  • Do you prescribe controlled medications? Yes, if warranted for the specific diagnosis.

Insurance & Payments

  • What health insurances do you accept? We accept Highmark (BCBS, BlueCross, BlueShield, Independence), Geisinger Commercial, Cigna, United Healthcare (UHC)/Optum, Medicare Traditional, and Private Pay.

  • How much is a private session? Please call or text 570-818-2853 for private pay rates.

  • What payment forms do you accept? All major credit/debit cards, cash, and checks.

  • Do you accept Medicaid? No we do not accept Medicaid, Geisinger Family, or any type of Aetna. 

Prescriptions & Communication

  • How do I get a medication refill? Call 570-818-2846 with your name, number, and the prescriptions needed. You can also use the patient portal link provided at your first visit.

  • Can you call in medications to an out-of-state pharmacy? This depends on the specific medication and the state laws involved.

  • What software do you use? We primarily use Doxy.me, with Zoom as a backup.

  • Is my information private? Yes. We strictly follow HIPAA guidelines. No information is released to family or employers without your written authorization.

  • Do you prescribe controlled medications? Yes, if warranted for the specific diagnosis.

Emergencies

  • What should I do in an emergency? If life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest ER. For non-urgent matters, call our office at 570-818-2853
